Please note that you may be able to browse certain sections of the Platform without registering with us. We do not offer any product/service under this Platform outside India and your personal data will primarily be stored and processed in India.

Financial Information: including bank account details, account holder name, IFSC code, bank statements, income information, employment details, salary records (where applicable), tax documents, and other financial information required to assess your eligibility for our products and services or to comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
Loan and Transaction Information: including loan applications, repayment history, transaction records, financial obligations, and other information necessary for credit assessment, underwriting, fraud prevention, servicing of loans, and regulatory compliance. Where payments are facilitated through third-party payment gateways or RBI-authorised payment aggregators, your payment card information is collected and processed directly by such service providers. We do not collect, process, transmit, or store your complete payment card information, including your card number, CVV, PIN, or expiry date, on our systems. Any payment information processed by such third-party providers is handled in accordance with their own privacy policies and applicable regulatory and security requirements.

Security Alert: If you receive an email or call from a person/association claiming to be FLUXCAP SOFTWARE PRIVATE LIMITED seeking sensitive personal data like debit/credit card PIN, net-banking or mobile banking password, never provide such information. If you have already revealed such information, report it immediately to an appropriate law enforcement agency.
